These are all projects I have done in pursuit of learning the craft. Times I have used 3D printing for specific projects will be detailed under those projects. All done with the Bambu Lab P2S FDM printer with the AMS 2 Pro filiment handler.
3D model of a tiny tugboat used as a standard test and calibration object for 3D printers. A standard bearer for the 3D printing community, it packs challenging geometric shapes like overhangs, bridges, and curves into a quick print to check how accurately a machine is tuned. Often, including me, the first print for many.
A turtle with flexible legs so it may 'squish'. Displayed not only how flexible elements are handled by the printer, but offered great experience in the behavior of PLA.
Several small turtles, measuing just a few milimeters in diameter each. Granted a look into how the printer handles miniscule elements.
A model of a shark with moble joints to allow for the assembly to flex. Unlike the squishy turtle, which took advantage of PLA's inherent flexibility, this print was to see how joints are handled by the printer to create connected parts that require no assembly off the build plate.
